Refund Policy


All our services are covered by money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the services or product, you have to report within 48 hours, and our Customer Service Team / Sales Team will look in to the matter and then will take an appropriate decision.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card or Paypal statement within 72 hours upon us notifying you. After receiving your refund, you agree to uninstall and/or stop using any Accede Technology Ltd software product(s) for which you no longer possess a valid license for. Accede Technology Ltd. reserves the right to disable any Accede Account, product keys, vouchers and/or serial numbers issued for the refunded products.
100% refund is guaranteed in the following cases

* If you are not satisfied with the product or software with is 7 days then you’re entitled to get 100% refund.
* On request for home delivery of Software C.D if you found Defective, Damaged or Seal Broken Pack Items
* You want to cancel the subscription / Service within 24 hours of making payment.

There is absolutely NO refunds in the following cases

* Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was the result of a fraudulent purchase.
* Our Refund Policy applies only to software purchased directly from Accede Technology Ltd. If your software was purchased through a 3rd party or reseller, it must be returned to that 3rd party or reseller, which may in turn be subject to different returns policies than ours.
* We do not refund partial months on any recurring month-to-month services. If you paid for a month and cancel the service before the month has begun, we will refund for the month.
* There are no refunds after the (Thirty) 30 days of purchase.
* If your service is terminated due to violation of any of our policies a refund will not be issued.
To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 48 hours of your purchase. Please include your order number and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
Refunds are processed within 24 Hours.
